Over the past decade I have worked in various capacities in marketing and communications. For the past several years I have worked with the USCIS EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program as well as the EB-5 Direct Investor Program providing insight into the regulations and adjudications that complicate the immigration process for foreign national investors. My expertise revolves around the I-924 petition process for the creation of Regional Centers, and the I-526 petition process and investor documentation requirements. Today I provide access for clients to a wealth of resources to provide each client seeking EB-5 program funding for a development project, or for foreign investors seeking qualified EB-5 projects in which to participate. I am excited about the opportunities for EB-5 investors in today's market place, and look forward to providing investors and project sponsors access the USCIS EB-5 Program to create successful funding opportunities, and support the creation of new jobs for qualified U.S. residents and citizens.
